Instead of ContractSafe
Stop renting ContractSafe. Own your contract system.
We build your version around who owns each agreement, when decisions are due and what evidence you need. We bring your ContractSafe records across and run the agreed system for you.
ContractSafe Maximize for 1,001-2,500 contracts lists US$1,325 a month prepaid annually. That is US$15,900 for twelve months, with unlimited users.

What the subscription covers
The price follows the contract count
ContractSafe charges by plan and active contract volume. Compare the work your team uses with the system you want to own.
A recurring volume band
Maximize at 1,001-2,500 contracts is US$15,900 for twelve months prepaid. This is the published band, not a customer invoice.
More agreements, a higher band
At 5,001-10,000 contracts, Maximize lists US$1,825 a month prepaid annually. That is US$21,900 for twelve months.
Users are already unlimited
Adding colleagues does not add seat charges. The comparison is ownership, contract volume and the work included in each plan.
Dates, search and reports
The core plan includes reminders, search, custom fields and reporting. You pay to keep that workspace operating around your records.
Approval and signing tools
Finalize adds approvals and signing. Enterprise DNA scopes the signing connection your own version needs.
Connections and lifecycle tools
Maximize adds further connections and lifecycle features. Agree which of those your team uses before replacing them.
The system you own
Put the weekly contract review in one place
Renewal decisions
Act before the notice deadline
Give the owner a decision list built around the actual dates in each signed agreement.
- check Show the nonrenewal deadline separately from the end date
- check Flag dates already passed without guessing the legal outcome
- check Record renew, renegotiate, exit or investigate with supporting evidence
- check Return changed terms and costs to the review list
Promises and reminders
See the work still waiting
Ask which reminders are due. ContractSafe currently documents that its plain-language search cannot filter by reminder dates.
- check List unacknowledged reminders by due date
- check Show outstanding obligations even after an agreement ends
- check Name the owner of each task and record completion evidence
- check Compare overdue work across the team
Evidence and retention
Make missing records visible
Keep the signed-document references and review history beside the agreement they support.
- check Flag active agreements without a signed evidence reference
- check Prompt reviews of personal-information retention
- check Keep the recorded lawful purpose and any legal hold visible
- check Produce an internal renewal brief and obligation register
Your questions
Change the review as the business changes

- check Keep annual values separate by currency and counterparty
- check Identify agreements with no recent activity
- check Review imported records before putting them into use
- check Add your business units, document connections and owner reports

Ten questions for your renewal meeting
These questions run against the fictional demonstration records today. ContractSafe also offers reporting; these examples show the review process you can own and change.
Switching
How to switch from ContractSafe
A move usually involves exporting your contract list, mapping its columns, and deciding separately how much related history and evidence to bring.
- 1
Export your contract list
Use ContractSafe’s contract-list CSV export to take out your agreement register and the fields included in the export. Check with ContractSafe if you cannot find the export or are unsure which fields your account allows. Treat signed files, reminders, obligations, permissions and signing history as separate items to account for, since the contract-list import does not bring them across automatically.
- 2
Test the import
Map the headings in your export to fields in the new database, then run the import as a test before saving records. The test run lets you review what would be brought in without making changes. Once the mappings look right, load the records. They start as drafts, so plan to check them rather than treating the import as approval.
- 3
Review import results
Check the import results before relying on the new register. Review the drafts and compare key fields with ContractSafe. Reconcile any repeated records the import rejects because their details have changed. Set aside signed files, reminders, obligations, permissions and signing history for their own mapping, since they need separate handling.
- 4
Run both side by side
Keep ContractSafe available while you check the new records against it for a short period. Work through upcoming renewals, notice dates, owners, open obligations and evidence references, and correct differences before staff rely on the new register. Keep using your existing process for decisions during this check. Imported agreements start as drafts, and records do not send notices or change agreements.
- 5
Switch off ContractSafe
Switch off ContractSafe only after the records you intend to migrate have been checked and your team is ready to work from the new system. Keep the export and any separate backup of referenced files according to your retention and legal hold requirements. Confirm who is responsible for renewal and obligation work before closing the old account.
Where the real effort goes
The work is usually in mapping your fields and rules, then deciding which history to bring. A contract list is one part of the move. Signed files, reminders, obligations, permissions and signing history need separate mapping, and the amount you choose to bring affects the reconciliation work. Enterprise DNA handles this mapping and reconciliation when you have them run the migration.

Questions
Instead of ContractSafe, answered
Will our existing ContractSafe records come across? expand_more
The free version imports the contract-list export after its columns are mapped. It preserves original fields and starts agreements as drafts for checking. Signed files, reminders, obligations and signing history need separate mapping. Enterprise DNA scopes and reconciles that migration with you.
Will this cancel or renew a contract for us? expand_more
It records the decision and prepares an internal review brief. The responsible person checks the signed terms, recipient and notice method before acting. A decision entered here does not send notice or change an agreement.
What if we need document search, signing or a shared screen? expand_more
Bring those requirements to the call. Enterprise DNA builds the agreed document connections, signing process and web front end into your version, then checks them with your team before the switch.
How does the price compare when everyone already has access? expand_more
ContractSafe includes unlimited users. The selected Maximize band costs US$15,900 for twelve months prepaid for 1,001-2,500 contracts. Our installed version has a setup fee, then a retainer for the work we agree. The free version has hosting and agent costs if you run it yourself.
Who checks access, backups and sensitive agreements? expand_more
For the managed version, Enterprise DNA agrees access controls, backup recovery and document handling with you. Retention checks identify records to review and keep legal holds visible. Your responsible reviewer decides the lawful retention purpose and the terms of each agreement.
