EQuIS Online is priced by data size, from USD 420 to USD 7,000 a month. The bill can also include required HELIOS, user licences, Professional seats, mapping and maintenance.

Professional seat

The price is per concurrent user, with the rate depending on the EQuIS Online level.
Maintenance agreement
20 percent of the portfolio for hosted systems, or 25 percent for perpetual licences

How the bill is built
Data held
EQuIS Online pricing rises with the number of records you hold. The listed range starts at USD 420 a month for 250,000 records and reaches USD 7,000 a month for unlimited records on the premium schemas.
People and desktop access
Each user needs a USD 10 a month access licence. A Professional seat costs USD 220 to 550 a month per concurrent user, and mapping costs another USD 170 a month per user.
Required HELIOS
HELIOS is required on every EQuIS system. It has been required since July 2024 and is listed from USD 24,000 a year, on top of EQuIS Online and access charges.
Maintenance agreement
The price list adds maintenance at 20 percent of the portfolio for hosted systems or 25 percent for perpetual licences. That percentage is another part of the bill beyond the listed system and access charges.

Access for each person
The bill counts access licences per user, then charges separately for Professional desktop seats per concurrent user. If you use mapping, that adds another per-user monthly charge.
A portfolio-based agreement
Maintenance is priced as a percentage of the portfolio, at 20 percent for hosted systems or 25 percent for perpetual licences. It is an additional charge alongside the system, HELIOS and access fees.
