What Estateably charges
Estateably Pro lists US$1,083 a month when billed annually, or US$12,996 a year for 50 new files. Your bill can also include charges for extra files, per-file work, notices and onboarding.
Pro
US$1,083 a month billed annually, US$12,996 a year
Includes 50 new files a year, with each extra file costing US$320 on a platform plan.
Growth
US$583 a month billed annually
Covers 25 new files a year.
Per-file pricing
US$399 per file
This applies to trusts, estates and powers of attorney without a platform plan.
How the bill is built
Annual file allowance
Estateably prices platform plans by the number of new files each year. Pro is US$12,996 a year for 50 new files, while Growth is US$583 a month billed annually for 25. The plan price is tied to a set file allowance.
Extra estate files
Each file beyond the allowance costs US$320 on a platform plan. If you open more estates than your plan includes, those extra files add to the bill. A busier year can therefore cost more than the listed plan price.
Per-file work
Without a platform plan, a trusts, estates and powers of attorney file costs US$399. This is a separate per-file pricing option, rather than a yearly allowance for a set number of new files.
Notice and onboarding fees
A notice to creditors costs US$105 through the platform, with publication fees added for public notices. Every plan also lists US$350 onboarding to load your letterhead and templates. These are listed separately from the plan price.

What Pro adds up to in a year
Estateably Pro lists US$12,996 a year for 50 new files. Each extra file costs US$320 on a platform plan. A notice to creditors is US$105, with publication fees for public notices, and every plan lists US$350 onboarding. These are US-dollar prices, not a verified New Zealand or Australian customer invoice.
Underneath the bill
What you are really paying for
A yearly file allowance
The platform plan price buys a set allowance of new estate files for the year. Pro includes 50 and Growth includes 25. Once you go beyond the allowance, each extra file on a platform plan costs US$320.
Onboarding your paperwork
Every plan lists a US$350 onboarding fee to load your letterhead and templates. That is a charge for setting up those materials, alongside the plan pricing based on new estate files.
Notice processing
A notice to creditors through the platform costs US$105. Public notices also have publication fees on top. Those charges sit alongside your plan or per-file price.
