What FYI Docs charges
FYI Docs charges A$30, A$50 or A$70 per user each month for Intermediate, Pro or Elite, excluding GST, with a five user minimum. Your bill depends on the plan and number of users, while migration, onboarding and consulting are quoted separately.
Intermediate
A$30 per user per month, excluding GST
It includes a selection of sample automations.
Pro
A$50 per user per month, excluding GST
It includes custom automations, triggers, filters, approval workflows, signature tracking, the jobs board and the client portal.
Elite
A$70 per user per month, excluding GST
It includes time and billing, work in progress, reports, capacity planning and the form builder.
How the bill is built
Every user, every month
The subscription is charged per user each month. FYI Docs requires at least five users, so the number of people on your plan affects the bill even if your practice already stores its files elsewhere.
Features depend on your plan
Some features sit on higher plans. Custom automations, triggers and filters start on Pro, while time and billing, reports, capacity planning and the form builder are on Elite.
Setup costs are separate
Migration, onboarding and consulting are priced separately from the subscription. These costs are quoted privately, so they are not included in the listed per user monthly prices or the yearly totals.

Features on higher plans
The plan you choose affects which tools are available. Custom automations and approval workflows start on Pro, while billing and reporting features sit on Elite. You pay more per user to access those higher plan features.
A charge for each person
The subscription grows with the number of users because FYI Docs charges every user each month. Your practice pays that per user fee even though the documents themselves are stored on your existing drive.
