MAX
US$399 per month billed annually, US$4,788 a year per location account, US$499 with monthly billing
MAX covers up to 10,000 gages in an account and paid plans include unlimited users.
How the bill is built
A plan for each location
GageList sells recurring plans by location account. MAX is US$4,788 a year when billed annually, or US$499 with monthly billing. The charge applies to each location account, rather than one plan automatically covering all your sites.
Capacity for your gage register
Each plan sets an equipment capacity. MAX covers up to 10,000 gages in an account, so the selected plan and the size of your register affect which recurring charge applies.
Your mix of sites
GageList’s quote form asks you to select a plan for each location. The number of sites and the plan needed at each one determine your total recurring bill.
No per-user charge on paid plans
Paid plans include unlimited users, so the number of people using the account does not add a per-seat charge. The bill is based on location accounts and equipment capacity instead.
A year of GageList
What MAX adds up to
With annual billing, one MAX location account costs US$4,788 a year, based on US$399 per month. Monthly billing at US$499 comes to US$5,988 over 12 months. For several sites, the total depends on the plan selected for each location and its equipment capacity. Additional services may also affect your bill.
Underneath the bill
What you are really paying for
Location-based capacity
The recurring plan is tied to a location account and the equipment capacity you need. MAX covers up to 10,000 gages in an account. Paid plans include unlimited users, so seats are not the basis of the charge.
Records and reporting tools
The subscription pays for the supported application around your quality records, including records, certificates and reports. The reporting tools are part of the subscription rather than a separately named plan in the available pricing.
Services around the register
Crib management, additional storage and migration services appear alongside the plan options. They may affect what you pay, so check which services are included on your actual bill.
