Instead of Hello Club
Stop renting Hello Club. Own your court booking system.
We build your version around your courts, peak times and club rules, bring your Hello Club members and bookings across and run it for you. The club keeps the database and decides how it works.
Hello Club: NZ$58 a month for up to 100 members, up to NZ$298 a month for 2,500, plus GST. Paid yearly: NZ$638 to NZ$3,278. Card payments carry a separate fee.

What the subscription covers
A plan sized by member count, plus card fees
Hello Club prices by how many members you have and which features you need. Online payments carry a fee per transaction, and light and door control is quoted separately. Switching is about owning the club's rules and records, not a big saving.
Member tiers
Entry covers 100 members, Standard 300, Premium 1,000 and Business 2,500. Growing past a tier moves the club up a plan.
Sports and activities
How many sports or activities you can run grows by plan, from one on Entry to ten on Business.
Automated renewals
Automated renewals and payments start on the Standard plan.
Connections
Entry includes two integrations, Standard five and Premium seven. Access for your own software is on Business only.
Card fees
Online payments carry a percentage fee plus a fixed charge per transaction, paid by the club or passed on to members.
Lights and doors
Light and access control is an optional add-on, with installation and maintenance priced on request.

Ten questions your club can answer today
These run on a fictional club's records. Hello Club has its own reports and exports. The difference here is that the committee asks its own questions and changes the rules itself.
Switching
How to switch from Hello Club
A move usually involves exporting your member list and bookings, testing the import, checking your records and rules, then running both systems side by side before you stop using Hello Club.
- 1
Export your records
Hello Club exports its member list and bookings as CSV files. Get both from your Hello Club account and keep the originals unchanged while you check the new system. If you need help finding the exports or confirming what your account can provide, check with Hello Club.
- 2
Test, then import
Start with a test run of the import before loading the records for real. The import brings in members and bookings from Hello Club's CSV exports. Review the test results before proceeding, so you can catch problems before they affect the records you plan to use.
- 3
Check records and rules
Review the imported members and bookings, and check anything the test run flags. Hello Club's exports do not include fees, booking rules or full payment history. Decide which history you need, then set up your fees and club rules and map any history you choose to bring across.
- 4
Run both systems briefly
Keep Hello Club running while you check the new records and booking process against your current one. Court Bookings is a database and Claude Code, with no web front end. The free version is run by the committee or a booking coordinator. A member booking page is part of Enterprise DNA's custom version.
- 5
Switch off Hello Club
Once you have checked the records, rules and booking process, make the new system your club's working record and stop using Hello Club. Before you close your account, make sure the committee or booking coordinator knows how to operate the replacement and that you have kept any exported records you still need.
Where the real effort goes
The main work is usually matching your own fields and booking rules, then deciding how much history to bring. The member list and bookings can be imported, but fees, booking rules and full payment history are not in Hello Club's exports, so they need setup or mapping. If you have Enterprise DNA run the system, they handle this migration work.

Questions
Instead of Hello Club, answered
Hello Club is not expensive. Why change? expand_more
If the subscription is the only issue, it is probably not worth changing. The reason to own your version is control: your booking rules, your records, and answers the committee can get for itself. We start with the jobs that do not fit today.
Can members still book on their phones? expand_more
The free version is run by the committee or a booking coordinator. Enterprise DNA builds a member booking page into your custom version, with your club rules checked on every booking.
Can we bring our Hello Club history? expand_more
Yes. Hello Club exports its member list and its bookings as CSV files, and the free version imports both after a test run. Fees, booking rules and full payment history are not in those files, so we set them up and map the history as part of your switch.
What about our lights and door system? expand_more
This version records which bookings used the lights and charges for them. Switching lights or doors is hardware, so we look at your controller and connect it in your custom version where that makes sense.
Who looks after it when the committee changes? expand_more
The club owns the database, so the next committee inherits everything. With the managed option, Enterprise DNA runs it inside Omni and helps each new committee pick it up.
