What Hello Club charges
Hello Club charges a monthly subscription based on your member count and the features you need. Online card payments have a separate per-transaction fee, and light and access control is an optional extra priced on request.
Entry
NZ$58 a month, plus GST
Covers up to 100 members, one sport or activity and two integrations.
Standard
NZ$106 a month, plus GST
Covers up to 300 members, includes five integrations and is the first plan with automated renewals and payments.
Premium
NZ$154 a month, plus GST
Covers up to 1,000 members and includes seven integrations.
Business
NZ$298 a month, plus GST
Covers up to 2,500 members, supports ten sports or activities and is the only plan with access for your own software.
How the bill is built
Member count
Your plan is sized by how many members you have. Entry covers 100, Standard 300, Premium 1,000 and Business 2,500. If your club grows past its current tier, Hello Club says you move up to a higher plan.
Plan features
The features available depend on your plan. The number of sports or activities ranges from one on Entry to ten on Business. Automated renewals and payments start on Standard, while access for your own software is on Business only.
Card payment fees
Online payments carry a percentage fee plus a fixed charge per transaction. Your club can pay the fee or pass it on to members. The fee is separate from your subscription.
Lights and doors
Light and access control is an optional add-on. Installation and maintenance are priced on request, so they are separate from the listed plan prices.

Can you bring your bookings and member records across? expand_more
Hello Club exports its member list and bookings as CSV files. The free version imports both after a test run, but fees, booking rules and full payment history are not in those files. Enterprise DNA sets these up and maps the history as part of the switch.
