The plans
What Insly charges
Insly publishes no price for agencies and asks you to get a tailored quote. The bill combines a monthly base package with extra modules, an implementation fee and pricing that flexes with transaction volumes.
Agency pricing
Quoted privately
Insly describes a monthly base package, extra modules, implementation and pricing that flexes with transaction volumes.
How the bill is built
Pricing that moves with volume
Insly says agency pricing flexes with the volumes transacted through the platform, as well as scope and implementation. Write more premium and the system can cost more, even when the work per policy is the same.
Base package and modules
The agency offer has a monthly fee for its base package, with additional modules on top. Insly does not list module prices or say on its pricing page what each module includes. Those details are set in the quote.
Implementation fee
Implementation is charged as a fixed fee or pay as you go, depending on the size and scope of the project. Insly does not publish an amount for either option.
A tailored quote
Insly lists agency pricing as a tailored quote, rather than a public amount. You need to request a quote to see the price, so you cannot calculate the total from the figures on its pricing page.
A year of Insly
Your yearly Insly bill
There is no public annual total for an Insly agency account. The monthly base fee, added modules, implementation and volumes transacted through the platform all affect the bill, and Insly does not publish amounts for those items. You will need a tailored quote to know the first-year cost, including how implementation is charged.
Underneath the bill
What you are really paying for
Agency records in one system
Insly covers binders, products, quotes, policies, premium transactions, bordereaux, remittances, claims and complaints. These are records agencies already keep for their insurers, brought together within the agency system.
Views chosen for you
Insly describes dashboards that show what the vendor chose to chart. That means the views are set by the software, rather than being built around the question your insurer asked this month.
Binder rules kept apart
Bordereau due dates, settlement days, premium caps and referral rules often live in binder wording and spreadsheets, rather than alongside the policies they govern. Those are part of the records your agency needs to manage.
The owned alternative
An underwriting system you own
Enterprise DNA builds your Underwriting Agency version around how your business runs, brings your Insly data across and runs it for you. It uses the same records in a database you own, with plain language. You pay one setup fee, then a monthly retainer, with no per-seat plans. There is also a free version you can run yourself.
Underwriting Agency for Claude Code
One setup fee, then a monthly retainer. No per-seat plans, no tiers, and the system is yours.

Questions
Insly pricing, answered
Does Insly publish its agency prices? expand_more
No. Insly asks agencies to get a tailored quote. Its pricing page describes a monthly fee for the base package, extra modules, an implementation fee and pricing that flexes with the volumes transacted through the platform.
What can make an Insly quote change? expand_more
Insly says pricing flexes with scope, implementation and the volumes transacted through the platform. The quote also includes a monthly base package and any additional modules. The pricing page does not publish amounts for these parts.
Can you work out Insly's yearly cost in advance? expand_more
Not from Insly's public pricing page. It gives no agency price or annual figure, and the total depends on the monthly base fee, modules, implementation and transaction volumes. You need a tailored quote to know the yearly cost.
