How the bill is built
Monthly plan
The plan is the starting point for your bill. Published monthly prices are US$100 for Basic, US$250 for Pro and US$500 for Business. KnowledgeOwl also offers annual billing at a discount, though the discount amount is unavailable.
Additional authors
One author is included. Each additional author costs US$25 a month on monthly billing. Readers are unlimited, so the author charge applies to people maintaining the answers, not everyone who reads them.
Additional knowledge bases
One knowledge base is included. Each additional knowledge base costs US$50 a month on monthly billing, so the number of separate handbooks you maintain can affect the bill.
Readers
Readers are unlimited and do not attract the additional author charge. The subscription includes a hosted knowledge experience, which can serve internal operators, public readers or both.
