How the bill is built
Foundations seats
Foundations costs US$13 per seat per month, billed annually. At that rate, each seat is US$156 over a year. Your total rises with the number of seats in the agreement, and the contract determines the actual bill.
Grow on top
Grow adds development planning at US$4 per seat per month, billed annually. That is US$48 per seat over a year. It sits on top of Foundations, so include it when comparing the annual cost of the setup you use.
Annual agreement minimum
Lattice bills annually and has a US$4,000 minimum annual agreement. Check which products and how many seats are covered by your contract, because the public per-seat rates do not by themselves establish your actual bill.
Enterprise pricing
Enterprise pricing is quoted for your seats, complexity and scale. The public pricing information does not give one Enterprise rate, so your total depends on the scope agreed with Lattice.

Development planning
Grow is an additional US$4 per seat per month for development planning. If you need that part of the process, it adds a separate annual cost on top of Foundations rather than being included in its seat price.
Manager tools and reports
Lattice includes conversations, feedback and updates with its base products. Its review-writing and packet-sharing reports show stages of a review cycle, so part of the bill covers tools for managers and visibility into review handoffs.
