What Nexudus charges
Nexudus bases its subscription on active users each month, with each location calculated and invoiced separately. Selected apps and connections can add fees to your bill.

Active users
The baseline subscription follows the number of active users in your account each month. The baseline amount depends on your active-user count, so the active-user pricing model alone does not give you a fixed monthly total.
Each location
Nexudus calculates and invoices each location separately. If you run several locations, the bill reflects each one rather than a single network-wide location charge.
Optional apps
Explore is free. Explore Pro adds EUR 100 fixed and EUR 25 per location each month. The optional white-label Passport app costs EUR 150 per month for each five locations. These figures exclude VAT.
Selected connections
Chargeable card gateways add EUR 10 per location each month and EUR 0.04 per transaction. Listed door connections such as Doordeck and Gallagher cost EUR 50 per enabled location each month, with provider charges separate.

Some add-ons have published prices: the optional white-label Passport app costs EUR 1,800 per year for each five locations, excluding VAT. Explore Pro, selected card gateways and door connections can add more, while provider charges may be separate.

Your active-user count
The baseline subscription follows how many active users are in your account each month. Your user count is one part of the bill, rather than a single flat amount applying regardless of account size.
Separate location charges
Each location is calculated and invoiced separately. A network with multiple locations therefore has location-by-location charges, and some optional apps and connections also charge according to location.
Selected extras
Some apps and connections carry fees on top of the baseline subscription. These include Explore Pro, the white-label Passport app, selected card gateways and listed door connections. Their charges can depend on locations, transactions or enabled locations.

Own your coworking version
Enterprise DNA builds your coworking version around how your business runs, brings your Nexudus data across and runs the agreed system for you. Your records sit in a database you own, and you can work with them in plain language. The arrangement is one setup fee, then a monthly retainer. There is also a free version you can run yourself. Some Nexudus history needs separate mapping, which is scoped with you.
