How the bill is built
Fees on every holding
Companies Premium costs $200 a month plus 50 cents for each holding every month, before GST. That means the holding charge adds $6 a year for each holding, on top of the monthly plan fee.
Trusts priced by quote
Registry Direct does not publish a price for its Trusts plan. If you need a trust registry with distributions, tax statements, capital calls and periodic statements, you need to ask Registry Direct for a quote.
Checks charged separately
AML/CTF and PEP checks cost $9 per individual and $20 per company, plus $2 per PEP check. These fees are separate from the published Companies Premium monthly and per-holding charges.
Support billed by the hour
Technical support and operational support each cost $250 an hour. Data conversion also costs $250 an hour on the Standard plan, so support or conversion work can add to your bill.

Checks and support work
Identity checks, technical support and operational support have separate charges. Checks are priced per individual or company, while support is priced by the hour. On the Standard plan, data conversion is also billed by the hour.
