Instead of Salesforce Account Engagement
Stop renting Salesforce Account Engagement. Own your marketing operations.
We build your version around how marketing qualifies prospects and hands work to sales, bring your Account Engagement records across, and run it for you. Your sending and website connections are scoped around the way you work.
Salesforce lists Advanced+ at US$4,400 per organisation per month, billed annually. That is US$52,800 a year before additional services.

What the subscription buys
An annual platform bill around your prospect history
The published rates are organisation subscriptions, not per-person prices. Compare the edition and connected services you actually use with the system your business needs.
An annual organisation commitment
Growth+ is US$1,250 per month, billed annually. The base commitment is US$15,000 a year.
Another edition for deeper analysis
Plus+ is US$2,750 per month, billed annually, or US$33,000 a year. Its package includes marketing analytics.
Business units in the larger package
Advanced+ includes business units and a dedicated sending address. Check whether those services justify your edition.
Contact allowances
Each edition includes a contact allowance. Additional contacts are available as an add-on.
Automation capacity
The number of included automation rules depends on the edition. Your process still has to fit the configured rules.
Connections and extra usage
Some capabilities need additional purchases or usage credits. Compare the complete agreement, not only the headline price.

Switching
How to switch from Salesforce Account Engagement
A move involves exporting prospect records, mapping your fields and rules, reconciling imported data, and separately planning history and connected workflows.
- 1
Export prospect records
Use Salesforce Account Engagement’s supported prospect export path to export the records you want to move. The supported export brings across prospect identities, contact details, scores, grades and suppression flags, with original fields retained. Validate the export from your account before importing it, and decide which records your business needs in the new register.
- 2
Test and load the records
Have your operator run the prospect import as a dry run first. A dry run rolls back data and audit history, so it does not keep changes in your database. Review its reconciliation output, then load the records for real once the export and import results look right. Keep the original export available while you check the imported data.
- 3
Review conflicts and history
Check the import’s reconciliation, including any conflicts or records it identifies for attention, and confirm the imported counts make sense. Repeat imports can create conflicts, so resolve those before relying on the register. Decide separately how to map conversation and activity history, campaign memberships and running journeys. These need separate mapping and are not covered by the supported prospect export.
- 4
Run both side by side
Keep Salesforce Account Engagement running while you check the new process against the work your team depends on. Compare prospect records, scoring, campaign reviews and sales handoffs. Sending, public forms, website tracking and sales connections are separate integrations, so identify which of those you use and test them before making a subscription change.
- 5
Switch after workflow checks
Once the imported records reconcile and the workflows your business needs have been tested, make the subscription change and switch off Salesforce Account Engagement. If you use sending, public forms, website tracking or sales connections, include those in the checks first. Enterprise DNA tests those workflows with you as part of an installed version before a subscription change.
Where the real effort goes
The real work is usually mapping your own fields and rules, then deciding how much history to bring across. Prospect identities, contact details, scores, grades and suppression flags are covered by the supported export, while conversation and activity history, campaign memberships and running journeys need separate mapping. If you have Enterprise DNA run the installation, they handle this migration work with you.

Questions
Instead of Salesforce Account Engagement, answered
Does this replace our entire Account Engagement installation? expand_more
The free version covers prospect records, scoring, campaign reviews and sales handoffs. Enterprise DNA scopes your sending, public forms, website tracking and sales connections as part of your installed version. We test those workflows with you before a subscription change.
What happens to our prospect history? expand_more
The supported export brings across prospect identities, contact details, scores, grades and suppression flags, with the original fields retained. Conversation and activity history, campaign memberships and running journeys need separate mapping. We reconcile the records your business depends on.
Will an imported contact automatically join a campaign audience? expand_more
No. A contact needs recorded express consent evidence, a retention purpose and a current review date. Suppression on any record blocks the shared email address. Your operator checks that the campaign fits the permission given.
Can we trust the campaign figures? expand_more
The free version reports the activity and opportunities you record. Each opportunity belongs to one campaign and keeps that campaign currency. It shows open and won amounts alongside spend. This is a review of assigned outcomes, not proof that a campaign caused a sale.
What does Enterprise DNA charge? expand_more
One setup fee, then an agreed retainer. We scope the migration, your rules, connected services and ongoing operation after seeing the work. The free version has no software licence fee. Hosting, your operating time and any connected subscriptions remain separate costs.
