How the bill is built
Private organisational quote
Teamworks publishes no Smartabase price. It quotes each organisation privately, and the amount depends on what your programme takes and how you negotiate. There is no public rate you can use to calculate a standard monthly or annual bill.
Products sold separately
Smartabase now sits within the Teamworks product family. Teamworks says buying more than one of its products does not bring an automatic discount, so adding products does not guarantee a lower combined bill.
Elite bundle discounts
Teamworks says bundle discounts come through its Elite programme. If you are considering multiple products, ask whether your quote includes an Elite bundle discount rather than assuming one applies automatically.

Smartabase puts screens and dashboards over records such as athletes, sessions, forms and injuries. The records are already yours. The price is for using the system that holds and presents them.
Forms shaped for your programme
Smartabase describes itself as customisable and unique to each organisation. Your wellness, load and injury forms are built for your organisation and hold your records, rather than being a single standard set of forms.
Dashboards and data access
Dashboards show the questions someone has built a chart for, and a new question means a new build. Smartabase also offers an uploader for CSV, Excel and XML files, even though the data being uploaded is already yours.

Enterprise DNA builds your own Athlete Management version around the way your programme runs, brings your Smartabase data across and runs it for you. You pay one setup fee, then a monthly retainer.
