The play

Uniti's 214% ROI claim and 100% call-routing stat are the proof-point format to steal once EDNA has comparable customer wins to cite in sales.

Uniti just closed a $12M Series A led by Pathlight, and the pitch deck tells you everything about what investors want to see in 2025. The company builds AI voice agents for real estate operators, and they didn’t raise on usage numbers or pilot counts. They raised on customer ROI.

Storage King USA now routes 100% of inbound calls through Uniti’s platform. One operator reported 214% ROI. Across 15+ integrated property management and CRM systems, Uniti converted 94% of pilots into paid contracts. Those are the numbers that matter when you’re asking someone to trust AI with customer-facing work. The original announcement doesn’t break down how ROI was calculated, but the conversion rate alone suggests the product works in production, not just demos.

This is worth paying attention to if you’re building or buying AI tools. The pattern here is proof before scale. Uniti didn’t go wide, they went deep in one vertical, integrated with the systems operators already use, and collected hard numbers before fundraising. That’s the playbook. It also shows what “agentic AI” means in practice: not a chatbot that answers questions, but a system that handles an entire workflow, from inbound call to CRM update, without a human in the loop.

If you’re running operations and thinking about where AI voice fits, this is the kind of concrete use case we design into the Omni Command Centre. The question isn’t whether the tech works anymore. It’s whether you can measure the return and trust it with real customer interactions. Uniti’s investors clearly think the answer is yes, at least in real estate. The next 12 months will show whether that thesis holds across other verticals with similar call volume and system complexity.
