AI Pulse · Under the Radar
The play
Publish beginner Claude training focused on repeatable workplace tasks, prompting basics, verification, and safe handling of business data.
A basic explainer on how to actually use Claude drew 131 comments and outperformed the poster’s normal reach on LinkedIn, according to the original post. That’s a useful signal. There’s plenty of AI content telling people what Claude can do, but far less showing them the practical basics: where to start, how to structure a prompt, how to check the output, and where it fits into everyday work.
For a business owner, the gap matters more than the model comparison debates. You can buy access to Claude, add it to your team’s toolkit, and still get little value if people don’t know how to use it confidently. Most staff don’t need a long AI strategy document. They need a few clear examples tied to real tasks, such as drafting a client response, summarising a meeting, reviewing a proposal, or turning rough notes into a first draft.
This also points to a simple opportunity for internal training. Start with the fundamentals, make the examples relevant to each role, and give people permission to test ideas without treating every output as final. Learning content that answers the basic questions directly may be more useful than another stream of advanced prompts.
This is the kind of thing we build into an AI command centre, so teams can find practical guidance alongside the workflows and information they need to act on.
