Quote request intake for an electrician
Turns vague website enquiries into proper quote requests with photos, scope and a booked site visit.
The problem
"Can you give me a price for some lights?" is not enough to quote from. Going back and forth by email to get the detail wastes a lot of evenings.
How it works
- Chats with the visitor on the website or replies to the enquiry email
- Asks the scope questions the electrician uses for each job type
- Collects photos of the switchboard or area
- Explains the call-out fee and quote process from the business's own policy
- Books a site visit when one is needed, or sends the enquiry for a desk quote
What it connects to
- VisitorHow much to put in some LED downlights?
- AgentHappy to get you a quote. Roughly how many lights, and which rooms?
- VisitorAbout 12, across the lounge and kitchen.
- AgentThanks. Is there ceiling space above those rooms, or is it a flat roof? A photo of your switchboard helps too.
- VisitorCeiling space. I'll upload a photo.
- AgentGreat. With that, the team can quote from the photos, and you'll have a price by email within two working days.
