CodeRabbit just raised $143M at a $1.5B valuation, and the number that matters most isn’t the valuation, it’s the growth behind it. Revenue is up 5x in a year, and the round itself jumped from a $60M Series B less than 12 months ago to this $143M Series C, led by Atomico and Smash Capital.
