The problem
Every February a new graduate cohort arrives with the same hundred questions about study, rotations, timesheets and pay. The people team and busy managers answer them one email at a time.
How it works
- Answers from the firm's graduate handbook, day or night
- Explains induction week, CA Program support, rotations and timesheets
- Knows each graduate's division, buddy and career coach
- Books time with the people and culture manager
- Passes pay, performance and personal matters to a person, and never discusses another graduate
What it connects to
- Aisha (graduate, audit)Hi Grace, when do I need to start the CA Program, and does the firm pay for it?
- AgentHi Aisha. You start your first subject within your first year, and Larchmere pays the fees for each subject you pass first time. You also get three study days per subject, plus the exam day.
- Aisha (graduate, audit)Great. I'm keen on advisory, though. Can I move teams?
- AgentGraduates can ask for a rotation after twelve months, and Olivia Grant decides with the division partners. She has Wednesday at 1pm free if you'd like to talk it through. Shall I book it?
- Aisha (graduate, audit)Yes please.
- AgentBooked for Wednesday at 1pm. In the meantime, your buddy Ben Lowe rotated from Audit into Advisory last year, so he's a good person to ask about the work.
