The problem
Every enterprise deal comes with a security questionnaire of 100 to 300 questions. Account executives wait a week for the security team, who spend their days copying the same approved answers, and deals slip a quarter while the spreadsheet sits in a queue.
How it works
- Takes the questionnaire from the account executive by email or upload, in spreadsheet or portal format
- Matches each question to the approved answer library and fills in the draft
- Marks every answer with its library reference so security can check it quickly
- Sends questions with no approved answer to the security lead, and contract questions to legal
- Tells the account executive what's done, what's waiting and whether the due date is safe
- Never writes a new answer or shares the SOC 2 report outside the trust portal
What it connects to
- Rafael (account executive)Corvane Mutual sent their security questionnaire, 212 questions, due Friday. Where are we?
- AgentI've drafted 188 from the approved answer library, each marked with its reference. 21 are with Owen, mostly about customer-managed keys and a named incident contact, and three right-to-audit questions are with Sofia in legal.
- Rafael (account executive)Their CISO asked me directly if we support customer-managed encryption keys. What do I say?
- AgentThe approved answer, SEC-03, is AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.2 or higher in transit, with keys managed by Quaywise in AWS KMS. Customer-managed keys are not offered, so please don't suggest they're coming.
- Rafael (account executive)Fair enough. Can we still make Friday?
- AgentYes, if Owen clears his 21 by Thursday noon. I've asked him, and I'll email you the full draft with the open items highlighted by the end of today.
