Annual review booking for a financial advice practice
Books every client's annual review, collects the pre-meeting questionnaire and never gives advice itself.
The problem
Annual reviews are a core part of the service, but booking them eats hours of back-and-forth. Clients slip past their review date without anyone noticing.
How it works
- Reads upcoming review dates from the practice's CRM
- Emails each client an invitation with a booking link, then calls if there's no reply
- Sends the fact-find update form and reminds the client to complete it
- Says plainly that it can't give financial advice and offers the adviser instead
- Updates the client record with the booking and any changes the client mentions
What it connects to
- AgentHi Graham, I'm calling from the advice practice. Your annual review is due next month. Would you like to book a time with your adviser?
- ClientYes. While I've got you, should I be moving my KiwiSaver to a growth fund?
- AgentThat's a great question for your adviser, and I'm not able to give advice. I'll note it so they come prepared to discuss it.
- ClientFair enough. Mornings are best for me.
- AgentWednesday the 8th at 10am is free. I'll book that and email you a short form to update beforehand.
