Talk to Carmen at Redbarrow Insurance Group
Redbarrow Insurance Group is made up. Carmen is a real agent, set up the way we would set one up for you. Talk or type and ask what a client would ask. Bookings are pretend, so try anything.

The problem
Winning a new account starts a paper chase: loss runs, schedules, driver lists and applications. When documents arrive late, the renewal is marketed in a rush and the client's first experience of the broker is stress.
How it works
- Calls the new client's contact once the broker of record letter is signed
- Explains what is needed, in what order, and why
- Requests loss runs from the current insurers on the client's behalf
- Sends the client portal link and tracks each document as it arrives
- Adds coverage questions to the agenda for the account executive's kickoff call
- Sends the account team a weekly list of what is still missing for each new client
What it connects to
- AgentHi Joel, it's Carmen from Redbarrow Insurance Group. Welcome aboard, and thanks for signing the broker of record letter on Monday. Before we take your program to market we need three things: your driver list, the cyber application and five years of loss runs.
- ClientWe don't have loss runs. Where do I get those?
- AgentNo need, we requested them from your current insurers on Tuesday and they usually arrive within 10 business days. You just need to upload the driver list and the cyber application in the client portal. I'll email you the link now.
- ClientGreat. Will the cyber policy cover us if we get hit by ransomware?
- AgentThat's a coverage question, so it's one for Keisha Grant, your account executive. I've added it to the agenda for your kickoff call with her on Wednesday at 2pm.
