The problem

The aftersales manager runs three workshops and gets their numbers from three service managers in three formats. Finding out which site has empty bays next week, or which job has waited longest for parts, means ringing around or running DMS reports by hand.

How it works

  1. Reads job cards, hours, bookings and parts orders from the DMS
  2. Answers questions by chat or phone, saying where each number comes from
  3. Compares sites on the same measures, week by week
  4. Points to the job card behind each number
  5. Leaves judgements about staff and sites to the managers

What it connects to

  • Dealer management system such as CDK or Pentana
  • Manufacturer parts ordering portal
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Power BI or other reporting
