Listing enquiry line for a real estate agent
Answers calls about any listing from the agency's own listing data, and books private viewings with the listing agent.
The problem
Buyers call about listings while the agent is at an open home or in a negotiation. Missed calls mean missed buyers, and voicemails rarely get returned the same day.
How it works
- Answers calls on the agency's listing line
- Identifies the property the caller is asking about
- Answers from the listing data: open home times, sale method, land size, school zone
- Books private viewings into the listing agent's calendar
- Sends the agent the buyer's details and what they asked about
What it connects to
- CallerHi, I'm calling about the house on Kauri Crescent. Is it in zone for the local high school?
- AgentYes, it's within the zone listed on the property file. It's being sold by deadline sale, closing on the 20th.
- CallerCan I see it before the open home on Sunday?
- AgentThe listing agent can do a private viewing Thursday at 5.15pm. Would that work?
- CallerPerfect.
- AgentDone. I'll text you the confirmation and send the agent your details.
