The problem

Callers want quick answers on the phone, and consultants can't give advice without a proper consultation. Reception spends hours explaining the fee, and people who would gladly pay hang up because nobody booked them in.

How it works

  1. Answers calls and website chats in the caller's language
  2. Asks which country or visa the caller is interested in and matches them to the right licensed consultant
  3. Checks whether the caller's employer has a programme that covers the consultation
  4. Explains the consultation fee, what it covers and that it's credited if they go ahead
  5. Books the slot, sends a payment link to confirm it and a document list in the caller's language and English
  6. Never gives advice on the call and says plainly that the consultant will

Sample conversation
  1. CallerHi, I'm a nurse here in Dubai and I want to move to Australia. Can I just ask someone a few questions?
  2. AgentOf course. The best first step is a consultation with Rowena Dizon, our registered migration agent for Australia. It's 45 minutes and AED 750 plus VAT, credited to your fees if you go ahead within 30 days. Can I take your first name?
  3. CallerIt's Joy. Can we do it in Tagalog? My husband is coming too.
  4. Agent[Switches to Tagalog] Yes, Rowena speaks Tagalog. She has Tuesday at 7pm by video or Saturday at 11am in the office. Which suits you both?
  5. Caller[In Tagalog] Saturday, please.
  6. Agent[In Tagalog] Done, Saturday at 11am. I'll send a payment link to confirm the booking, and a document list in Tagalog and English.
