Bluegum Line Haul is made up. Jess is a real agent, set up the way we would set one up for you. Talk or type and ask what a client would ask. Bookings are pretend, so try anything.

The problem
Every customer site has its own induction and expiry. Drivers turn up at the gate with an expired card, get turned away, and the load misses its slot. The only record is the safety coordinator's spreadsheet.
How it works
- Holds each driver's induction dates for every customer site
- Texts drivers 30 days before an induction expires and sends the online link or books an in-person session
- Answers dispatch when they ask who is inducted for a site
- Warns dispatch before a driver without a current induction is put on a site run
- Updates the record when the driver sends the completion certificate
What it connects to
- Kylie (dispatcher)Jess, who can do the Downs Dairy run on Monday 26th?
- AgentHemi Walker usually does it, but his Downs Dairy induction expires on 25 October, the day before. Tom Nguyen and Gary Nolan are both current until next year.
- Kylie (dispatcher)Can Hemi get renewed before then?
- AgentDowns Dairy needs the online module and a site walk. I can send Hemi the online link now, and Tom Bradley runs site walks at Toowoomba on Thursdays. Want me to book him in for Thursday 22nd?
- Kylie (dispatcher)Yes please, and put Gary on as backup.
- AgentDone. Hemi has the link and is booked for the site walk on Thursday 22nd at 10am. Gary is down as backup for Monday 26th. I'll tell you once Hemi's certificate is on file.
