How long does an engagement usually take?
Audits run as a focused engagement, typically one to two weeks end-to-end. Builds run per project, from a single workflow to a multi-week build. Workshops are scoped by team size and duration. Sam scopes the timeline with you on the discovery call.
What if I need both an audit and a build?
Common path. Most firms start with an AI Strategy Audit, get the 30-day roadmap, and then commission one or more builds off the back of it. You can book them together or sequence them. Either way, the audit informs the build, so nothing is wasted work.
Is this different from the Omni Command Centre?
Yes. Training & Advisory is one-off and per-project. Omni by Enterprise DNA is the ongoing managed Command Centre where we build, install, and run your AI operating layer every month. T&A often leads into Omni once a firm is ready to commit, but they are separate engagements with separate scopes.
Can you train my whole team?
Yes. Workshops can run for a single team, a cohort across multiple offices, or the whole firm. We tailor the curriculum to your tools, your data, and the work your team actually does day-to-day.
What stack do you work in?
Tool-agnostic. We work across OpenAI, Anthropic, Power BI, n8n, Supabase, and custom builds. If you already have a stack, we slot into it. If you do not, we will recommend one that fits the firm rather than the other way around.
Where are you based?
NZ-founded. Auckland, NZ, and AU customers get founder-direct access to Sam. We work with firms outside the region too. Discovery and workshops can run virtual or in-person depending on where you are and what makes sense.
