First month is a deeper read on the firm. A short context doc, a working channel, and a kickoff call that catches Sam up enough to be useful from week one.

Monthly rhythm

A standing monthly call, written notes, async access in between, and a short monthly memo summarising decisions, recommendations, and the next moves on the roadmap.

Quarterly review

Every third month is the deeper session. We pull the roadmap back into focus, retire what is done, and reshape the next quarter against what the firm has actually learned.

How much does the retainer cost?

Scoped per firm. We confirm cost on the discovery call once we understand the rhythm and the surface area. Light-touch by design, so it is meaningfully below a full Omni Command Centre.

Can we cancel any time?

Yes. Month-to-month. No long-term commitment. The retainer earns its place every month or we agree to stop.

Do you build for us under the retainer?

No. The retainer is advisory and async support. If the firm needs us to build something, we scope that as a separate Custom build or, if the surface area is bigger, an Omni Command Centre engagement.

What counts as in-scope async access?

Strategy questions, tool and vendor evaluations, prompt and workflow reviews, partner-facing questions about AI. We confirm the boundary on the discovery call so nobody is surprised either way.

Can we start with the Strategy Audit and move to a retainer?

Common path. Audit lands the roadmap, retainer keeps it alive. Most retainers start that way and the audit cost essentially pre-pays the first month of context-building.
