One to two weeks end-to-end from the kickoff call to the handover. Most of the elapsed time is calendar coordination with your team, not the work itself. We scope the exact dates on the discovery call.

Do we have to commit to building anything after?

No. The audit is a one-off engagement with its own deliverable. You walk away with a roadmap you can execute yourselves, with us, or with anyone else. Most firms book a build off the back of it, but that is your call, not ours.
